From festivals to free family fun, Kent's coastal towns have a wealth of events to suit any taste. Faversham Hop Festival, Margate Seashore Safaris, Deal's Maritime Folk Festival, White Cliffs Apple Fayre and Hythe's Venetian Festival are to name but a few. In addition, many of the county's attractions from Dover Castle to Romney Hythe and Dymnchurch Railway have an extensive events programme which are sure to entertain.

The Hastings Half Marathon, Jack in the Green Festival, Rye Wildlife Festival, World Crazy Golf Championships, Hastings Old Carnival Week, and Hastings Seafood and Wine Festival are just some of the exciting events to be held in East Sussex during 2009, for both adults and children to enjoy.
